Overview

These terms govern your use of fare.deals, operated by [Legal Entity Name]. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You sign in with a phone number (verified by SMS one-time code) or a Google account. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the details on your profile.

Listings, ads & worker profiles

Providers are responsible for the accuracy of the listings, ads and worker profiles they publish. fare.deals does not verify every claim made in a listing and is not a party to any transaction between a customer and a provider. Worker profiles are reviewed before they go live; listings and ads can be reported and, where warranted, removed.

RERA

RERA registration is shown as an optional trust badge where applicable; it is not a mandatory requirement for every listing.

Payments & plans

Paid plans, where offered, are billed through Razorpay. fare.deals never receives or stores your card, UPI, or bank details directly. Where a success fee or listing fee applies, it is disclosed before you owe it — nothing is charged silently.

We may change subscription prices as the platform evolves. If you're on a paid plan, we'll notify you at least 15 days before a price change takes effect. A price change only applies to your next billing cycle onward — it is never applied retroactively to a period you've already paid for.

Ledgers

Ledgers is a separate tool for residential society committees to record maintenance billing, receipts and expenses. The committee using Ledgers is responsible for the accuracy of the financial records it enters — fare.deals provides the software, not accounting or legal advice, and is not a party to the society's own financial arrangements with its residents.

Account conduct

Accounts found posting fraudulent listings, abusive content, or attempting to circumvent contact-reveal or rate limits may be suspended.

Our role & liability

fare.deals is a venue that connects people directly — we do not inspect properties, employ the tradespeople listed, or guarantee the outcome of any arrangement made through the platform. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising between users.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the platform.
